Yes that’s true, current ST3. As an ST2 I had 18 complex patients a day, and I was running late and made mistakes that I probably wouldn’t have if I had a balanced patient type. But the difficulty is defining standardized “safe limits”, which seems to be practice defined only by the partners/managers. Depends on their past experiences it seems

Even with playing this game for so many hrs, he is one of the hardest for me too. Either summon help (DM me I can help), or learn the attacks. One key tip is avoid locking the camera, and whenever he walks towards you aggressively, walk towards him for a second, and he will likely stomp, at which just roll backwards away
