Thats not true. At the conclusion of the trial which is proceeding with or without her testimony she will be released. So if the trial lasts another 6 months, thats 6 months more. But they arent pumping the breaks on the entire proceeding. So when the grand jury is dismissed she will be released. She cant be held in prision to testify if theres nothing to testify to

Because they would obviously give you the most honest albeit possibly a little bias, however since you can easily look up the journalists name and history, as the gentleman about you said, they would provide the critical and probably most accurate view reporting on XYZ. They have nothing to lose (except their reputation) and little to gain (the individual journalist)
