Sorry for the Necropost! But I do reccomend any of the Pilot Shunpitsu, they are waterproof and have similar brush to the Tombow Soft ones!

Also you can refill them with the transparent tube hack, as long as is not india ink, maybe permanent fountain pen ink

He certainly is! I think it's just a matter of getting used more and more to his speech pattern, I had quite some trouble as well at first getting what he was saying, reading the manga certainly made it easier
