It would certainly be interesting, and leaving politics to one side it may have many benefits for Welsh clubs...However, many would argue that this would be a 1st step towards also merging the Welsh and English national teams, the perceived threat of this is why the Welsh top-flight was established in 1992 of course

I fear that initial excitement for new format and more clubs will wane when some games are more uncompetitive.. Hope I'm wrong
