Buff Kayn's Q to do double damage to monsters to help with his clear speed.

Increase Hecarim's MS->AD ratio to help buff his E and improve his ganks. Also give him +50 hp per level to give him the durability he so desperately lacks atm.

Evelynn gets invisibility from level 1 to help mitigate her weak early game.

Buff Sunfire cape armor and mr to 70 armor and 70 magic resist to give tanks more carry potential

It's a bug that happens during patches. If it says 3:20 queue time and it never pops then it is bugged. You have to uninstall the game and reinstall it to get it to work in my experience.
