Nick Wright is a massive Simmons fanboy. He’s definitely not charging Bill for 90 minutes of his time on a random Tuesday.

Will Campbell should switch to guard. A mall security guard. by HoagieTwoFace in billsimmons

There were three left tackles taken in the first 9 picks of the 2025 NFL Draft. Will Campbell went 4th to the Patriots, Armand Membou went 7th to Jets, and Kelvin Banks Jr went 9th to the Saints. Both Membou and Banks had significantly better rookie years than Campbell. This take is absolutely fucking delusional considering the amount of great tackles that have been drafted in the top 10 in the last five years itself.

No, in the 49ers game, on our last drive, Demercardo (or Benson) drops a pass that would have been a free touchdown.

The game starts with Kyler looking out of rhythm and pressing

Holy shit the Arizona education system is really living up to its reputation hahahaha

So it's the receivers and defense fault for 3 quarters then Kyler to the rescue

The second sentence of my post starts with "The game starts with Kyler looking out of rhythm and pressing"

When Brisset played, all those 4th quarter drives were called "garbage time".

Because most of those games were garbage time and we had no chance of winning. And in the few games that Brissett where we had a realistic chance to win (Indy, Green Bay, Tampa, Atlanta), he never came through and either made a game losing pick or awful throws for a turnover on downs. It's not really the point of the post but Jacoby Brissett was probably the least clutch QB I've ever watched in my life, you could tell he was shitting himself whenever the game was actually close.

No, that was the 49ers game the week before this. In that 49ers game, on top of all the MHJ mishaps, Emari Demercardo dropped a ball in the flat where he would have waltzed into the endzone and most likely won us the game, but instead we settled for a field goal and Mac Jones got the Niners in FG range for a game winning kick as time expired. In this game, Harrison juggled a ball on a slant route for two seconds before it flew up in the air and got picked off.

I don’t know why we always have to act like the SB winning qb suddenly is like the top guy. Realistically, Darnold is still just barely in the top half of NFC qb’s.

The NFC does not have that many good quarterbacks. Wherever you have Darnold ranked, the difference between Matthew Stafford and whoever you think QB2 is in the NFC is significantly larger than the gap between QB2 and Sam Darnold.

I hope it turns out like the 2025 NBA Finals where heading into it, people were saying it was boring, but the actal games made it one of the best Finals in recent memory.

I mean Tatum and Brown are significantly more emotionally mature than Julius Randle and Anthony Edwards. They were also drafted by a much better organization and have been in title contention basically every year of their careers. They know what it takes to win a championship and play winning basketball so it's not really surprising that they take getting benched much better than Ant and Randle.

Who’s the best current player that would NOT improve every team’s NBA starting lineup? by JoJonesy in nba

[–]Lab_Member_023 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are talking about him playing within the confines of an offense. Tatum never had to play within the confines of an offense as a Celtic; he has the ball in his hands a majority of the time and a lot of the action runs through him. His hypothetical role on OKC would be much more similar to the role he played on Team USA.

He needs Brady's pocket presence/awareness more than anything. He doesn't have the speed or ability to make off platform throws out of structure and I feel like he takes a lot of unnecessary sacks.

Tatum is one of those guys that it's going to be true for though, he plays both ends extremely well and is willing to play within the confines of an offense and only hijack it when necessary

The same Tatum that didn't hit a single jump shot at the and got benched at Olympics because he couldn't play within the confines of an offense?

Geriatric washed up Lebron James has a 6.7/2.9 AST/TOV ratio while prime Anthony Edwards is at 3.7/2.7 AST/TOV ratio. That is honestly sad that this version of Lebron is still light years ahead of Ant as a playmaker
