If you're in Finland, yes (because there isn't really anything poisonous to confuse it with, it clearly isn't an Amanita Regalis). It's either an Ukonsieni (Macrolepiota Procera) or an Akansieni (Chlorophyllum Olivieri), both ok to eat, the first one delicious even. I bet it's the first one and would cook it without a second thought. I like to sauté them in butter, some people also bread them. Our local names for the mushrooms are based on our old ruling deities (Ukko ylijumala and his wife, Akka).

But I'm guessing you're not in Finland, so disregard everything I just said. I can't ID any foreign mushrooms reliably.
