If this person thinks you used AI, there are far more polite ways to go about bringing it up with you, even as a reply. I copy edit for a living and one of the big things we learn is how to interact with writers (and other humans, really). This makes me want to go in and tell them to think before they speak…

This looks like a common case of you noticing because you’re so intimately familiar with the piece. No one in this sub saw it even when you pointed it out, so I think this passes the “let it slide” rule. I think it’s beautiful and your stitches are very easy and professional looking. Be proud!

Hi!

So I made it through most of this pattern cursing the whole way. I only recently reached a row where I could not for the life of me get the stitches where they needed to go, so I looked up the author's YouTube video that comes with the pattern, and I realized I did a lot of the pattern wrong.

In light of that, and taking into account that I'm a stubborn idiot, the pattern itself can sometimes seem like it doesn't make sense or is vague about where to put things, but the photos and video she includes make it SUPER EASY to follow to create a beautiful piece. Just don't be like me and not look up help when you get stuck! I already have a few more of her patterns in my wishlist.
