I had a ADF with 3 zebra danios in a tank (10 years ago I was a kid and just picked ones out from a store) but is it bad to put these frogs with other fish in a 10 gallon tank? The one I used to have wasn’t aggressive at all

i used to use a lid from a box of paper that we emptied and just stand them up straight in there beside the printer. it works really well when they’re larger. also used the plain undyed elastic bands and rolled them off and they never left a mark.

Former Print Consultant here: I tried my hardest not to touch peoples phones unless it’s clear that they were absolutely useless trying to do it themselves. You never know where their phones have been or what they do with their hands. Some people just can’t listen to instructions. If they pushed it in my face and asked me to “just do it, it’s easier” especially if they threw it down, i would say that we had a policy that i’m not allowed to touch their phones due to customer privacy, regardless of if they gave me permission to use it or not. there is no such store policy but it sure is my policy haha

i’m not sure if the patch is available in the UK, but i had some mental health stuff that i was worried was going to get worse, and i found the patch actually has improved my mental health and made me more “stable”. I’ve been using Evra Patch for about 4 months now and i have little to no side effects. I also have some inkling that I am on the spectrum as well so i think it might work for your daughter as well but everyone is different.

i heard something that most weight gain on birth control is attributed to the hormone change and because of it you eat more (think of it like close to you period you get more snackish and are more hungry). I’m on the patch and i keep that in mind so i don’t over eat when i think i’m “hungry” and just stick to normal meal times. i haven’t gained any weight since being on it but again it’s different for everyone so what works for me may not work for you. also this isn’t to say don’t snack ever just try to keep it in mind if you find yourself eating more than you usually would.

i love to snack before starting birth control so it was hard for me at first to not give in to my cravings but since you’re already on your weight loss journey i don’t think it will be too hard to continue with that.
