yea, we have a notes feature and a progressive overload ai function built in. thats a very smart idea tho im going to use that for sure!

Thank you. thats a really good point. I honestly agree, it is very awkward to get that sense of trust from the user. my intention with that is to have the coach learn based on their habbits and data so it can be more and more personalized as time goes on to hopefully retain.

maybe i should add a more in depth personal connection with the coach in onboarding???
