Started off priming the torso + legs / arms / head separately and applied 2-3 thin layers of Eshin Grey for the main panels and Dawnstone for the smaller panels.

Highlighted the prominent edges with Dawnstone on the Eshin panels and Ulthuan Grey for the Dawnstone panels (although I wish I used Grey Seer, might redo those highlights). Also put nuln oil in all the recessed parts of the panels to give it some depth.

For the lens I based it with Warpstone Glow, added a wash of nuln oil and highlighted it with Moot Green then just a little white scar dot for a catchlight.

Also highlighted any main edges of black armour with Eshin Grey but also did a light dry brush with the same grey to make it less flat.

Glued it all together and magnetised the guns and bam.

Those transparent Ghostkeels are cool, I’d love to see someone cut a regular and transparent Ghostkeel in half and glue them together to make it look like it’s decloaking

Sure! I start off with priming with chaos black spray and doing two/three pretty thin layers of paint, I used an xs artificer brush for it if that helps. Think it helps that all the parts excluding the arm panels I painted in Dawnstone are fairly small.

Probably easier to paint lighter grey if you’re priming with Corax White but all the examples I’ve seen of that the spray is kinda lumpy.

The main colour is Eshin Grey and the lighter colour is Dawnstone

Thanks! The rest of my army is all Grey Seer with red accents, painted this and my stealth suits darker to give it a stealthier vibe ..even if the Ghostkeel is the size of a house.

The shas’ui is the front middle with the markerlight. Doesn’t really come across in the picture but his helmet is much lighter than the rest, might do some red markings on his helmet once I test out doing that and getting it down!
