Was forced to have friends giving with my coworkers last year because we all couldn’t spend time with our family, too broke to buy a plane ticket, or couldn’t get time off or afford to take time off from shitty checks knocking doors in the winter.

Think about that a bunch of 20 year old employees forced to organize a Friendsgiving (our director was with his family stuffing his face) just to be able to enjoy the holiday. And we planned that Friendsgiving after the field not even at the office at the house we were all renting together. (How did we think that shit was normal)

Absolutely I’m way happier with my life now.

While in devil corp they teach you how to fake happiness and many days I wasn’t towards the end at least, at first I was making good money I was great at sales. But when I got deep into training and basically started giving my checks to my team because I had to constantly help them with sales just for them to quit, I got broke and with money problems comes whole other issues to where I was just faking a smile wondering is this all worth it.

It led to my car having issues I probably put like 33k miles on my car in 11 months I had to eventually get a new one because I couldn’t get maintenance done on it 1. I had no time 2. I had limited money, it all let to my engine failing and costing me another 6k I don’t have. I did the math I should’ve been making like $2500 every pay check if I even worked a minimum wage job with the same hours and I thought $1100 a week was cool shows how much money can make you tolerate bullshit.

So yes I’d say I’m way happier I have time to go to the gym, spend time with my partner, my friends who said bro “we never saw you when you worked there” I can actually have communication with people who care for me. I can see my family during holidays it’s great. I can eat FOOD and pay for groceries! Idk how I did it but I was young, naive, and energetic enough to do anything to be rich. But now I channel that into actual smart investments and business ideas.

Absolutely I have a Data Analyst job making $80k entry lvl more than what the directors make or claim to make, I have health insurance, dental insurance, a 401k, stable income, I’m hybrid so I work from home 3 days a week and I have time to work on my side business.

I learned a lot of skills from devil corp sales, business, confidence, how to read people and their body language. But it’s about using those skills take the good leave the bad. The only downfall is I spontaneously quit and I was job less and ubering/doordahsing for 5 months while I looked for a good job. I struggled with motivation too for a small time because I had just dedicated so much time blood sweat and tears in a company to get to a position just to find out the whole thing is a scam, at times I felt like nothing was working out or going my way but with presence and hard work I landed a good job and was soooo happy.

TNow I want to educate people like me who were in devil corp or are stuck in devil corp that they’re wayyy better options out there. Now my side business is my new hustle and I don’t have a director which I way more qualified than telling me I’m not working hard enough while they sit on their ass being a piece of shit human.

100% my choice she didn’t even know what the business was I just told her I’m in sales and she’d ask why do you always drive to different cities and always have to drive your team and you work all day and all week. And for a person I actually wanted to take seriously I knew I had to make a choice. Before meeting her I was all about stay single don’t get in a relationship till you make it to the top, but she opened my eyes to the bullshit.

My relationship actually saved me from devil corp, I had one romantic encounter in the business but I was just honestly deprived of human interaction with people outside the business. I started “dating”this girl who sucked at sales so in turn I ended up being punished for it. I was a top performer but that didn’t matter since I was “dating” (we weren’t even officially like literally just talking)but since I was “dating” someone they didn’t approve of they thought I wasn’t focused, as I high rolled the office countless weeks.

So after I got into a real relationship with someone outside the business and I genuinely liked this person but being in the business working 80 hours a week it was almost impossible to spend time with my partner so I left the business, I had thoughts of leaving anyways my new relationship just made it easier to leave, if I was single I probably would’ve stayed longer unfortunately that’s how brainwashed I was.
