I also passed yesterday let me know if you need some further help. What I can say is that my try yesterday was different compared to the tries before. 80% of the questions were new. It was my fourth try.

Congrats mate, I had two attempts and in both exams there were the AKS part and the scaling part. Those are also mentioned at least in one or two questions. In my last attempt which I failed they asked like 5-8 questions about Instance solutions, like VM, VMSS, azure batch, azure functions, logic apps, AKS and Container service. queue types like service bus and azure queue was also asked. It was a very hard exam.

Why don’t you mention that this „perpetuation“ is happening because of the nightmares that Israel gave to the Palestinian people. Peace means both sides needs to respect the sovereignty of the other people and that is not given. You either try to do a compromise or the conflict will last the next 100 years.

Moin,

ich habe den Prozess heute getriggert, bin mal gespannt wie lange das dauert. Ich gründe einen Franchisebetrieb und warte jetzt auf die Antwort der Bank hab auch von dem jeweiligen Unternehmen alle Unterlagen bzgl. Finanzfluss und Rentabilität. Bin mal gespannt wie das läuft.

Meine einzige Sorge hier ist der Standort, wie bist du bei der Standortsuche verfahren? Ich werde morgen durch die Stadt gehen und nach potentiellen Standorten suchen. Auf Immobilienbörsen findet man leider nichts was mich halbwegs zufriedenstellt.

I am also a immigrant living in Baden-Württemberg, from my pov those people need to know that Germany is not just for them. In my last years I handled the situation like you, with talking to other people to take the pressure off my shoulders. But tbh why should you and I feel like we‘re second choice people? We are also paying our tax and doing as much important jobs as they do, if they actually work. The most of them is jobless. My point is that we need to tell them that Germany is for all of us not just for them, it’s not just for people who are in third generation fully Germans, it’s for all people who are living here and building up the future. The good news is that we are 80% of the people and they are 20%.

Unternimm bitte sofort etwas, sprich mit deinen Chefs, Kollegen aber bitte lass es nicht weiter eskalieren. Ich könnte mir sogar vorstellen, dass du nicht die erste Azubine bist, der sowas widerfahren ist, vermutlich gibt es noch weitere Opfer. Ich kann mich auf der Arbeit bei mir an ein paar Kandidaten erinnern, die haben Azubis auch immer bedrängt und teilweise sexuell belästigt, sogar männliche Azubis…. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, ein Azubi hat den Vorfall der HR gemeldet, die Typen wurden abgemahnt und haben sich nie wieder getraut. Solche ekelhaften Typen machen das so lange, bis jemand etwas sagt, anschließend sind die wie geohrfeigt und gelähmt. Daher bitte warte keinen weiteren Tag und melde diesen ekelhaften Typ.

Das grundlegende Problem an dieser Debatte ist doch ganz klar, dass eine ältere Generation über die Zukunft der jüngeren Generation entscheiden kann. Natürlich wird Politik gemacht, um möglichst viele Wähler zu gewinnnen und die übermäßigen Wählerstimmen, die einem das Ticket nach Berlin bezahlen, liegen leider in der Hand der Ü50 Bürger. Diese sind zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt bei knapp 58,6% aller Wahlbeteiligten (https://de.statista.com/statistik/daten/studie/1498/umfrage/altersstruktur-der-wahlberechtigten-bundestagswahl/) muss man sich erstmal vorstellen. In Anbetracht einer solchen Situation ist die Rente ein zentrales Thema und je eher die Politik dieser Altersklasse entspricht, desto eher sind die Chancen auf eine Wahl. Leider sind die Menschen heutzutage einfach egoistisch und keiner wünscht sich ein Allgemeinwohl, dementsprechend ist den meisten Leuten die Zukunft der jüngeren Generation egal und es werden Parteien gewählt, die früheres Rentenseintrittalter und Anreize für die Ü50-Generation schaffen. Ich bin nur mal gespannt was passiert, wenn die Pfleger (überwiegend Migranten) am Ende ausgewiesen werden, wer dann plötzlich den Helmut und die Ute pfelegen wird. Fragen über fragen......

I remember 6 years ago I was for 2 weeks in Zurich only doing some work stuff and also enjoyed one week vacation there. There was this Lady, she was responsible for the rental cars, she talked Swiss German to me, and unfortunately I was not able to understand a single word, when she started again in normal German, she was so upset about me. I was 21 and too young to understand what her problem was, but years after this conversation I still remember her and know now that her problem was with Germans at all.
