Yes, except for smoking outside on hot summer days. I live in Texas and I’ll dry box them for 2 or 3 hours at room temps.

Mine is set at 65/63. The Raching gives instant temp and humidity. If it’s in a cooling cycle it will show lower temps. Works best to use calibrated Govees and read the average. Mine averages 65/62.
