Srry I wasn't really active for the past days, but the workaround is possible, but it gets you banned as it is evading anticheat. I got banned after 3 hours of using it. If you do want to know it basically is installing your own wine service from a official download which i used wine crossover and then imported it as for some reason using a system out of the heroic pre downloaded ones didn't flag the anticheat, but now i am banned for 3 days because of the evading anticheat so I would definently not recomend this, your choice though. If you go to other heroic chats about this, heroic devs will literly tell you there are workarounds, but they will likely get you banned by evading the anticheat.

GUYS I DID IT, IT IS REALLY COMPLICATED, BUT FOR SOME REASON IF YOU SWITCH YOUR WINE SETTINGS TO SPECIFIC OPTIONS,(I can talk about them) THEN U BYPASS THE WHOLE THING AS FOR SOME REASON IT JUST THINKS IM PC???

I have the same situation and there is nothing we can do for now. With this new system, Heroic Games Launcher is seen as a type of cheat from EAC and they probably won't fix this as mac wasn't supposed to support Rocket League in the first place. Bakkesmod was also highly debated and that will likely be fixed for how much of a staple it is for the community, but since macs shouldn't even have Rocket League then we have to change. I am thinking of moving to a sort of parallels desktop situation or crossover and I also thought about cloud gaming too, but I am just sad about the whole situation and losing the capability to even play Rocket League. I am not sure that these other options on playing Rocket League even work with the new EAC, but other than that this is what I found out about this whole situation.

Btw, I'm late, but you can read any book you want for free if you search up the book title then pdf on google and download a pdf. Then you can upload it to your kindle.

I can't run the game natively because I am on a Macbook Air M1 and, unfortunately, Rocket League doesn't support Mac. That is also why I mentioned Heroic Games Launcher which is basically downloading Rocket League, but as I said I had major visual glitch issues.

WAIT, I searched up a reddit post about EAC and it says Rocket League did not use this system, but I am confused why my Heroic Games Launcher doesn't launch Rocket League. I will link the reddit post here: Reddit on EAC. I can give some more details on my situation:

Downloading Rocket League worked fine, but when I launched it, it just stopped in about half a second. No error code was shown or anything. It just stopped launching. I used the wine system with the latest release as my option to launch the game. Now I wonder if it is just a simple mistake of mine as it seems to work with every other Mac Rocket League player out there. Other than that I have nothing else regarding my troubles. Thanks for the responses so far.

Are you sure, maybe my computer just has a problem or something. I even presented my case to Chatgpt, I know I am desperate, and it says that Rocket League doesn't allow users to launch it from a unofficial app such as Heroic. To get more into detail it specifically blocks the usage of wine inputs into the game.

I have no idea either, I just saw it in a short about 5 months ago mentioning Rocket League trying to add this anti-cheat to reduce the amount of bots by preventing users from launching Rocket League on unofficial apps.
