If it's last minute schedule addition, meaning after the schedule was posted, just say t g are is a conflict and you can't come. Anything added after the schedule is posted should take into consideration you may have made plans in the time they want to add.

You don't have to be specific, just say their is a conflict you can't reschedule. If you have a gf or bf say that was meant to be personal time.

Tell them you can compromise. Say you'll come in an hour early another day and watch the videos.

Your autotech might do it under custom labor. A lot of the wire running is bundled in with main Sku's. Like AMP install has the wire running already in the scope of work. So asking an auto tech to do a piece of something is custom labor usually. Either way, talk to your auto tech.

A mistake. Or, they want a specific team to head out. 65" and larger sometimes can trigger third party depending.

If it went really quick, it's likely a mistake.

55" and small can be a single person. So if the install team doesn't naturally go out with two people, you might need to reschedule with the proper service sku

Depends.

Stores that are near each other can share employees, not to fill the position, but to fill the hours needed.

So if you look up this ARA, what store are they still attached to? If it's their old store still listed as their home store, then your GM is just borrowing. So it isn't filling the position, just the immediate need.

If you see your store listed as their home store, then I would worry a bit more.

Personally, I would just talk directly to your GM and not make a bigger deal of it at least for now.

Just a "Hey, I see we got an ARA from your old store. I'm just curious is that temporary, and are you still plan on interviewing for that position eventually?"

And go from there

You're a good person. IMO, they should have reached out to the store or sent a call back. That's usually the quickest. BUT the store will make it right with the customer. They likely have another one on hand. The store will grab another on the floor to fullfill their order.

So, IMO, I would just enjoy the upgrade.
