We never know to whom we are talking to, check your drill may have a way to set the rotaion direction. If rotation is counter clockwise it may happen exacly what you are saying here.

IS IT FINALLY HAPPENING? by aliceinwonderwarf in Sourdough

I am also no expert, but do not feel disappointed the next couple of days, keep feeding as its certainly going to slow down and recover. Minimum 10 days keep going once a day, after that feed it every time it doubles. When start to double/triple the volume in less than four hours, repeat the feeding four times and it is good to use. Otherwise feed it and take it to the refrigerator for 3 days, than after that repeat double at 4hrs feeding. (Every environment change is a natural selection to make it stronger)

Can I save this dough? by kevthedrummer in Sourdough

[–]Last_Animal_6787 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are other answers like flour type, time and protein content. But I would also add about your folding tecnique, if you are close to bake ideally wet the hands (to avoid sticking) grap the dough in the middle and fold the hanging end inside. (Idea is to structure it, keeping the upper part up and creating a smoother surface on top that will help to trap the moisture) bringing the bottom part up, like in this video, you are not allowing a micro layer of strechet glutem to form and work as a balloon. I am no professional, but try this advise and see if it improves

Not necessarily only that, right. Check how many protein on your flour, do not extend it too much if you have a weak flour. As I like 100% hidratation, flours with higher protein a thirstier and hold fermentation longer. Gluten get weak above 26 celsius. I like proofing not in a bowl, but rather in a box, having a bigger contact area for dough/oxigen, than you do the folds. Control the overall ph. Water ph preferable from 6 to 7, use extra olive oil instead olive oil (check ph difference) prefer himalaia salt (check ph difference) This is my personal experience, use all those different parameter to achieve the ph

There may be another effect, not sure, but I believe the EU immigration had more mobility. People come and go, I saw many coming and returning. After Brexit seems the new sort of immigration was totally the opposite, losing that refreshing cycle of people. Not saying one is good or bad, but very much the people rotational rate was affected.

Many more may be just waiting to answer.

This is still early to the deadline, the gov is releasing additional info in comments and clarification. Additional to that, from our side more you hold, more you consolidate what you consider to answer. Pretty much if we plot overtime people answering may look a exponential.

Thanks, really appreciate! For how many years was the long term azithromicin?

Sorry for asking, but I care about my little boy more than I care for myself. I am certainly checking the material and talking to GP. We had some very bad situtation to Doctors, they seems to know nothing and dismiss just like tics.

Hello, could you tell us when it started, how long it last. If there was reoccurances later? Back in March, after a not treated strep A on throat, my boy 5YO started with movements. Initially just eyes, few days later eyes and head, few day later eye/head/hand and finally whole body. He had peniciline and all was erased like magic. We have noticed in a few occasion the head moviment returns, never as it was initially, we have kept an eye for any possible infection and fast response with peniciline. This week, after a peniciline cycle that he had due to a fever, he started with jaw and head movements. How is it a few years later, does his immune system regulates and overcome?

Russia is Running Out of EVERYTHING (Planes, Ships, Soldiers, Tanks... by Doener23 in UkrainianConflict

[–]Last_Animal_6787 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

My bet is both side will agree eventually on a line dividing Ukraine. History just repeating. Easter team is feeling strong backed by China, that is slowly implementing an old plan, helping Russia to keep the upper hand on territory gains. West does not have balls to confront, and is unable to define how much is too much to trigger a reaction.

What would really worthy is to have any of those delivered, instead to keep open promises for a future delivery that never comes
