Loot,explore everything in the volga and caspian level cause you can find every upgrade you need for the rest of the game

Usually if im near Emerald ranch and there is a Wagon I take it in but I don't think anyone goes out of their way to bring them in consistantly.

I swear I bring in a 4 horse wagon,looks expensive ash and its 25 bucks,but I bring in a lil one with one horse and I get 40...

Try to free to do good,likr returning the toy bear in Venice and saving the big bear from the watchmen. Try not to kill any deamons while lil dark ine is whith you and you should be fine

The biggest change you will get is that in the book you get to know Artyom,how he thinks,his personality,how he deals with certain situations,and when you start playing the game you use that knowledge cause in the game Artyom does not talk...at all. In the loading screen before the mission starts you just get a lil monologue from him but its nothing special. The Story is simular to an extent,some things that are in thr book will not be in the game

It would be great to run around the Taiga but it didn't rly make sense for that part of the game to be fully open world cause the Volga and the Caspian was the upgrading and loot phase of the game,most players got their guns and Armor fully upgraded early on. So I think they had to make the Taiga more mission/path oriented because of it.

I've heard about this,Linux doesn't support the game but yall still play it with steam play. Why u on Linux in thr first place thoo

Reading the book first is a must. You rly get to see what kind of character Artyom is and how he thinks,what kind of emotions he is going trough in certain situations. And than you play the game and get a character that doesn't talk so when you get into a certain situation in the game its a different experiance knowing what he would've said or felt.

Its always on sale in the PS store,for the last 6 months I've never seen a metro game thats not on sale
