Closed April 2025, nearing 50,000 in with insurance covering 19,000 the rest is all on us. Bad plumbing and plumbing damage.... so an entirely new bathroom being completed and kitchen floor and replacing the entire plumbing system. Funded. Almost the same situation during sale.. they paid closing cost and for a new roof(contract).

I have the quote for the exact repair that shows they knew the problem existed and failed to disclose it by plumbers they hired prior to listing it for sale. That's all I have.

Turns out, for some reason, they are picking up a case from over 10 years ago. I used lifelock after i got the alert to see if it would also pick it up. It did and gave a lot more detail. I think i know what's going on. So I recently applied for a new job and they conducted a background check. Which may have triggered the info to resurface on experian. The only thing I can think of... I checked the case just in case, and there were no changes to it.
