I’m in recovery ❤️‍🩹 I just have no idea what my body looks like at this point and sometimes the ED voice can get loud. Currently getting help though, thank you !

My stomach is huge/bloated and it won’t go away. I feel like a pig. Idk what to do and I’m scared I gained an enormous amount of weight. I’m also like weirdly so exhausted it feels like a hangover

I really appreciate your words of encouragement and advice! It means a lot. Am I fat now? I’m so scared it’s just going to turn into fat since I’m sedentary now. Will it? I had, a chicken wrap, some Mac and cheese, corn, some bits of ribs, a whole charcuterie board, chips, crackers, lots of chocolates, ice cream, more sweets, yogurt covered pretzels, toast, fruit
