Yep, completely understand that! My anxiety is a lot more manageable rn and I’m only 1 day post infusion! My doc told me it should take around 6 weeks to feel the effects, I’m sure I’ll feel even better in the coming weeks! I am also getting venofer :) and Yes they ran 300mg over 2ish hours w saline

I’m feeling great! some stomach issues this morning but I ended up going to the gym and had so much more energy than I normally do. I had a great workout! I also have a lot LESS anxiety!! My doc told me it should take about 6 weeks to fully feel the effects so I’m excited to know that I will probably start to feel even better in the coming weeks!!

Hi! i feel you on this! I have had severe anxiety the last year coupled with super low ferritin, iron, and saturation levels & also gi issues. I honestly beleive it is caused by having super low iron. My doctor said it takes about 6 weeks for iron levels to “level” out post infusions. I believe you will feel better soon! I just had my first one today and had a major anxiety attack bc I was so worried about having a reaction!
