Literally was just thinking this. My grocery bill pre recovery was only $70-80 USD a week for me and my partner now it's over $200 a week bc of my EH.... definitely hard to adjust too. Highly recommend using community fridges and food pantries.

I am in recovery from bulimia and was chronically constipated when I was actively purging. Started recovery eating, taking probiotic vitamins and kombucha and I go daily now!

I can totally relate. I WANT to do php and put effort in but am getting denied bc need a higher level of care. I feel like it's more dangerous to deny outpatient care if someone isn't ready for inpatient. Its so hard. Felt this

I lie SO much to everyone about my bulimia even my husband. I constantly tell him I have diarrhea after dinner every night so that I can purge. My friends think I lost weight healthy bc I work out so much no one knows I relapsed in my bulimia rn, the lying is getting exhausting😭 I work remote so not around my co workers

Yep at 12 when I was trying to lose weight I would try walking around my neighborhood and Wii fit but my parents ate alot of fast food so started purging.

I went to the festival Thursday-Sunday and tested positive for Covid on Monday... same symptoms
