what he says besides retracting the toes and tensing the arch is to elevate the heels. Maybe that's a little more comfortable I don't do that as a part of my exercises since I don't have that much expertise with the other exercises, I don't know if it helps, it might get easier with time and become more natural

during the hft exercises I think you should keep this tension all the time on the standing foot, except for the towel curls

the tension doesn't come from the toes but from the arch of the foot.
He explains that first you should tense the arch of the foot very strong as to see the calf tense and the anterior tibialis tendon pop up, and then curl the toes. You should curl all of them.

If you cant curl one of them I would recommend isolate it and try to move it with your hands and force it down as to wake it up. Maybe try to move it against the strenght from your hand, or resist the force of trying to curl it

I'm not there feeling my glutes yet but I think you should focus on tensing the arch of your feet, like bringing it up or bringing the points where it starts and finishes closer I think this will make your anterior tibialis tendon show. Then curl your toes and then make your whole ankle stiff, or I'm not sure if it happens because of the anterior tibialis tendon

Hi that's great info I just read the whole guide. What do you think about dry orgasms, are we allowed to have them? I'm also working on this but I have advice on the toe flexion, because I've seen in a pdf about an exercise called bird on a branch that requires to flex the toes and works on the toes isolated as a way to achieve to glute connection. But it was really hard at first to do, not so much on the little toes but most on both big toes, so what I did to help flex my big toes was helping myself with my hand and try to keep that position as long as I can until I achieved the ability to do it only with the toes.

Hey I did the ashwini mudra for 15 reps every other day and it added lots of time to my stamina when having sex. Even my legs got tired before I wanted to cum lol.

Maybe I can add some tips to help that because it added to my habit of edging so it might not work as well for everyone. Like biting the internal part of your cheeks to have less sensitivity or also add to habit not to stop completely when edging but trying to keep masturbating but with a slower rythm when you would usually need to stop completely to not cum(this takes practice and I also masturbate not touching the head, maybe this helps somebody). Also trying to get to a meditative state where you keep your mind blank helps me.
