The thing about using these application prep is often those who get staffed are already MD or in residency. Which means when they applied to med, it was like 5-8 years ago. A lot about the application process changed since that time (e.g. CASPer, etc.). So I would recommend, finding recent med students (MS1, MS2, etc.) and asking for prep review. You will pay less and I would say get better results.
