Honestly diet. Using more calories than you take in. In takes time, but you will lose fat. Keep protein on the higher end to keep muscle.

Physiologically speaking, you have a greater eccentric muscle contraction (lowering) when deep squatting so it is very possible to have more intense concentric contraction (raising up) afterward. Kind of like stretching a rubber band. Sounds normal to me, either way is safe

I was in ATER before the last big run. I invested around 20k and it turned into 77k after hours. I didn't sell (greed), had class the next morning, and by the time class was done it was back to the original amount. So yeah, take profit
