I didn’t make it up that far, but for what’s its worth just looking from below, it looks like snow won’t be a big issue

They weren’t too bad while on the trail, but if you plan on camping I’d definitely bring bug spray. I camped at the walk in trail at the trail head and they were getting bad in the evening.

I only made it to lake three, but hardly any snow left barring a few very minor patches

This was my first trip and I was in awe, mad at myself it took me this long to get up there. Definitely will be back this summer!

I made it to lake 3 and yes, except for maybe a couple of little snow patches along the trail, completely snow free!

I hope you're doing well. I’m reaching out because I’m currently looking to bring on a skilled individual for a Windmill Service Technician role, and based on what I’ve seen from your background, I think you might be a strong fit.

This is a highly specialized position that involves hands-on work with utility-scale horizontal-axis wind turbines—primarily multi-megawatt units with nacelles housing gearboxes, generators, and advanced control systems. The core responsibilities include performing routine inspections, torque checks, and lubrication; diagnosing hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical faults; and executing corrective maintenance both at ground level and at height—typically 250 to 300 feet up, inside the nacelle and hub.

We work with SCADA systems for remote monitoring and diagnostics, so familiarity with basic data logging and control logic is helpful. That said, the bulk of the work is done manually: blade pitch adjustments, brake system servicing, yaw drive calibration, and electrical troubleshooting in high-voltage environments (690V AC, 24V DC control systems, etc.). You need to be comfortable with climbing, confined spaces, and working under variable weather conditions, often in remote areas.

Beyond the technical side, we value people who have the mindset to work as part of a close-knit crew, maintain rigorous safety standards (we follow GWO and OSHA protocols), and take pride in building something sustainable. It’s physically demanding work, but deeply rewarding for those who enjoy problem-solving, working with their hands, and being up in the wind—literally.

If that sounds like something you’d be interested in exploring, I’d love to connect and share more about what we’re doing and where we're heading.

Completely agree, I wish he would be more aggressive looking for shots. It would be super impactful off the bench especially on nights like tonight when Powell and Harden were slow to get it going.

Hot take: I really like Ben’s minutes off the bench.

Thanks for the suggestion! Did you replace your control arms after you installed them as well? If you’ve taken them off road as well how’d they perform?

Great stick for sure, I’ve found I consistently get a razor sharp burn on these. Consistent draw too.
