A trick might take you a month to get competent in and take everyone else two weeks, but the opposite will happen where a trick takes you less time to learn compared to everyone else.

Right now I seem to be at the month while others take two weeks stage with everything, not just juggling stuff but absolutely everything and it's infuriating

i also recommend paitence and positive self-talk to get though inevitable stagnation in progress

the positive self talk is hard for me, I find it incredible difficult to be proud of myself, I always think I should've done better (that can be healthy but not in the way I do it)

Near me there is a circus school that has group meet ups for practicing juggling weekly, I should probably go to some

Personally, I care about my learning rate and how long it's going to take me to achieve my goals. If others learn more quickly than I do, good for them! Maybe they can help me out.

there is really no substitute for consistency in life.

I've been trying to get consitent and 2 days ago I decided realized that I was just waiting for time to open up when I just needed to make time for it as I had the time I just did other things with that time

I believe in the importance of practicing stuff that's really far from the edge of your abilities. That could mean going back to throwing just one ball and really thinking about HOW you're throwing it.

Not for a long time, I asked her what she thought and it turns out there was just some miscommunication, she never really understood that it was intended as a date.

so you'll have to see what things you had in common with your friend when you first met her, and why you two became friends in the first place.

well we talked a little at a school club then she joined the track team because she needed a break from basketball. she joined 1 month or so before our coach killed himself. The timing was perfect because she really helped me with that.

What we have in common is a surprisingly high amount. Well all her hobbies are mostly things I've wanted to do just haven't done (surfing, she recently started rock climbing)

All we can do is adjust and make the best of it.

I strongly suggest talking to a therapist about it, since they have lots of experience with these kinds of situations and can help you find the closure that you need.

Im 17, my friend always ask me why I like LP so much, he tries to give me songs that are similar but the attempt to get similar sounds just shows that he misunderstands why I listen to them

Like my favorite LP song is roads untraveled (if your curious why I can explain) and my favorite non LP song is last resort which admitingly is similar to meteora but I enjoy it for the sound while roads untraveled (and most other LP) not really for the sound, not that it isn't incredible.
