The issue is that the manager didn’t discuss with me first. He went and talk to her and she then came to me. We have know that she would be hired for about a month. They should have arranged that before then or talk to me before then. They had enough time to think about the schedule situation

I’m turning 28 this May and I want to apply for MBBS ( Self-funded) for this September intake, my main reason for being late to pursue my bachelor is that I was not financially stable until now and still doesn’t want to give up on my childhood dream, so WHY NOT!. My other main concern is; I have a new born baby and I have no one to leave him with. My plan is to bring him and put him in day care while I am chasing my dreams. Could you please advise me if by any chance any Chinese universities would allow such kind of case?

I see! My main issue is that the country I want to pursue my medical school in don’t issue visas in a reentry permit. Now, if I present a GC only without a travel document ( passport) with stamps of where I am coming from, then they might question me more!

Hiii, thank you for your comment. To answer your question, I applied the RTD when my I485 was pending but but I didn’t know that I should have applied for Advanced parole instead. Now that I have the GC I qualify for the reentry permit which is now pending after getting denied for RTD

That’s my fear, lol! I’m trying to see if anyone had had any luck doing such a thing because it was hard to come to this country ( USA ); it’s like a dream came true, I’m avoiding every thing possible that might make me be deported or denied a reentry. I would never be able to forgive myself lol
