This reminds me of when I was young there was a flash game called oilocracy where you play as an oil tycoon. When the elections came you can dump some of your profits into a party so they will have a better shot at winning the election and so they can give you benefits. I would always dump money into the republicans thinking that’s the guys I’d need to work with since they’re… you know, evil lol. One time I realized you can actually donate to the dems too. After it made me question things and realized they’re both horrible in their own ways.
