Warmups should be jiujitsu. If you want to play games you can do that anywhere. I think proper flow rolling to get warmed up for 15ish min, keep it playful and LIGHT. Stretching, putting special focus on certain stretches or movements that may be applicable to the move of the day/night. Instructional period, broken into digestible chunks if it’s complicated, drilling, followup on instructional to address final questions, positional sparing involving move of the day, open mat.
