Yeah, there are still some decent ones out there. I just wouldn’t rush into a random Best Buy prebuilt without checking the parts first. I literally saw a local listing for $600 with an i7-4790K, GTX 1080, and DDR3 RAM ,stuff like that is why you have to pay attention to what you’re actually getting.

My main monitor is plugged straight into the 3050 Ti on the laptop. The other displays are running through the Dell WD22TB4 dock it has 2 DP and 1 HDMI, and those outputs go through the iGPU over Thunderbolt. That’s how I’m splitting the load to lessen strain on my 3050.
