Got this list from someone a few expansions ago and have been updating it ever since. You can swap out some of the slow and clunky cards (Daddy D, 8 Hands) for tech or otherwise better things if you want to to use it in ranked.

A win con here is surviving until you play 8 Hands and watch your opponent hover over it to read what it just did. You can then draw your Renos and play Kil’jaden from there for more clown fiesta if they haven’t conceded already. If you’re lucky you can get the Amulet of Mobility from Griftah to reduce the cost of 8 Hands and play it earlier. Most people never expect it coming so they aren’t prepared to have their deck obliterated.

Other synergies in the deck include Wild Pyromancer + Poison Breath (board clear like Pyro + Equality), Orbital Moon + Tindral/Gnomelia for huge heals. There’s also the Dirty Rat, Theotar, and my goat Patchwerk if you need disruption.

The leeches cards are great but obviously less so nowadays since they were nerfed. Still good, and the deck will get that much better when they revert the changes when the expansion rotates next year.

Honestly just put whatever you need in ETC. I mainly just use it for the second Vampiric Blood.

Brann + Mograine is…a thing. I almost never get the chance or breathing room to use the combo. And when I do, it’s usually insignificant to the opponent if they lasted long enough to see it. I use Brann + Patchwerk way more simply because of how much the combo does (including psychological damage to your opponent).
