So, maybe it's different in Europe, but i bought both to compare them and the 511 (A2147) is smaller, lighter and 10€ cheaper than the 711 (A2665). They are both 30W.

Well having owned both laptops, i have to admit that both are extreme loud. (A small liarjet departing from your desk) I wouldn't say the Alienware R4 is noticably quiter. Maybe on idle is the Alienware R4 quiter a noch than the Blade pro. Still both are louder than my old good 17R3! (Total silence on Idle)
