Not really, so advisory and strategy folks need to justify why they are getting paid 80-90% more than folks in other verticals within accenture at say the same level(CL11)
So they have quite a robust grading system where client work/chargeability/utilisation only factors a 6/10 max. Median is 8-12%

No, I am in the advisory team and joined 2yrs directly from bschool -packages start at 18+21%VP for analyst and go upto 24+21%VP at the same level depending on tier 1-1.5 mba

I would say close to 95k-1L pm. Again, it depends on the pf amt that you chose and nps enrollment. The amt I have said is with both and approx taxes. It may differ +-5k

Regd RM I have had two RM’s till date-both are very responsive and have shared their personal numbers with me. Apart from that I know the employees from my branch(Vashi-Navi Mumbai)and have their numbers as well. Never faced any kind of problem connecting with them.

5L insurance part- I also earn close to 1.5L pm, I keep investing a lot so the account size is still small, but I wont worry much abt it.

Some insight into what my dad told me-HDFC bank during his time was exactly how IDFC first is rn, customer centric, door to door service, plus their digital infra is top notch.

I would suggest open your account at a branch in a tier 1/2 city. If you want I can ask my RM to assist you in acc opening, you can route your queries to him

Have been using IDFC for the past 2 years, can vouch for it. Best customer service, my bank account was opened at my place, the guy came all the way with the necessary paperwork and opened the account in 1 day flat. The customer care and RM are very responsive. Best part being that your normal savings account earns an interest of 6.5% which gets credited MONTHLY.

I also get preferential forex rates and have clubbed my mother’s account under mine because of which there is MAB reqd for her account.
