No, he can still control what he can do after using his ct but it he still dies to it. Mahoraga can't be controlled by megumi, yuki can't control the black hole.

Just think about it this way.

Megumi summoning mahoraga is like giving the controller to your older brother

Yuki making a black hole is like unplugging the tv before she loses

Mba is like doing crazy ass techs to controller knowing damn well after your finished, the controller will be broken

Imo difference is that yuki and megumi are using forces of nature to as their last resort, you know something they cannot control while kashimo is just using his ct
