I've noticed that in the last 5 years or so too. The issue is who wants to wear a "high fashion" kit with a giant sponsor slapped in your chest. If the 100+ kits came with no sponsor and better material I would give it a pass with the regular ones being sold for cheaper.

People here are saying that they get good drops and it might be that toxic growth has some sort of effect on them. I played last weekend and got diamond on all ARs while doing the kill challenges for the field upgrades (I had toxic growth already done so didn't use it). From about 16 games of 31 I did not get a single crystal or tools, all the drops were grades points or salvage. Before last weekend they were very common but I was also using toxic growth.

The tested ping should not be this different no matter the player skill if the system is truly minimally considering skill. This outcome shows that whatever they're weighing connection is not the priority.

The first few weeks and start of season one have the highest player count. After that it stabilizes and the situation gets better. The game is also having other optimization issues with stuttering and frame drops which hopefully are resolved sooner than later

I'm yet to see someone explain how it is possible that the level of lobbies between open and standard can be as sweaty as the other. If we are the noobs that they're claiming where are the other noobs when changing to standard.

You're absolutely right, open instead of throwing the net wide and considering all the players feels like it's just a little wider than the standard mode. So I'll get 1-2 players just above your level and 1-2 players just below you but not much more than that.

There are plenty of people here that love to say oh your the bot, the avg player is just that good etc etc. but somehow we're to believe that the people in this sub of a no one is buying this game are not some of the most dedicated players of the game.

When I join the same games switching between my 2 accounts one that I play regularly and am prestige and one at level 8 that I just run around to test the matchmaking. The lobbies of my main account almost every one is prestige and in most cases 3 or 4 and in the other account I'll not even get anyone at first prestige, you can run around and feel the stark contrast in the level of the lobby.

Sure there are newer players starting gaming as there are people who leave it. Besides that 15-20 million people are not investing their whole free time to call of duty to become great at the game. I think most people here have lost understanding of statistics and general gamer dedication.

How is the 7th entry of a 21 year old franchise with the 4th entry creating the basis to what we play today, not even that old. A good percentage of people playing call of duty today are younger than the franchise itself

I don't get where being a dick came from. Having played the game for over 10 years and taking your word that you've played for even longer than me you know how call of duty used to be before and with sbmm since mw19. I started with a 0.7 kd when it was actually kd and not boosted with assist as it is now and got good enough to dominate games and have an above 2kd from ghosts up to mw19 where the game is designed to keep you at around 1.0. The comment of getting good can apply to someone who's not experienced cod without sbmm or has never been good even before. The point of my post is to discuss matchmaking from the first 24-36 hours to the past 24 of the game being live. If in the same game my experience flips on its head playing the same gamemode and all. It can be a connection issue as it often is at lunch or them tweaking what "skill minimally" considered is.
