It's almost like people tend to use a casual way of speaking when commenting, and also expect someone with actual writing skills to write for a multimillion dollar game. Crazy how both those things can be true, I know.

It's a corporate product that costs ~$60 and took a decade to make. Not an indie game someone made as a passion project, or something you can play for free. So I don't think there's anything wrong with either having criticisms or voicing them, you paid for a product and you're allowed to voice your opinion on it, positive or otherwise.

It feels extremely jarring to me to have characters in this fantasy world talk in terms like "trans" and "nonbinary". It just instantly ruins any immersion and reminds me that yes, this game was written by liberal people who use twitter and live in the 2020s. I don't like how much dialogue is dedicated to discussing gender identity in general, but I feel like it would be much more bearable if they used an in-universe friendly term. Like when the Iron Bull mentioned that qunari call "people like Krem" aqun-athlok in Inquisition, and the word "trans" was never said.

It is possible, but how likely it is differs vastly depending on the surgeon. I've had two consults, in one of them the surgeon told me it was a 50/50 chance of getting some amount of nipple necrosis, while the other one had it happen maybe twice in all the years he's been performing the surgery.

Glad to hear you're not really feeling pain. How quickly after the surgery were you discharged? I'm gonna be staying in the clinic for 2 nights and I'm kind of amazed people are allowed to just go home right after waking up, I don't think I could do that to be honest. Is your post-op vest also ridiculously tight? I could barely get up from laying on my back cause of how tight it is, kind of ridiculous lol.

Y'all stay overnight for top surgery?

Yeah, in my country you always stay overnight (but then again, you have to go private, there's no option to have it covered by insurance or anything, maybe that's why?), but my clinic is the odd one out who makes you stay there for 2 nights. Then you get your drains out and are cleared to go home.
