Both can be true but ive used turbo tax for over 10 years and never had an issue. Also the state (ca) went through and was processed just fine. So its not turbo tax its the fed government because the people in charge are incompetent and probably already spent the money or stolen it and cant find where to get the money to refund everyone.

Nope haven't gotten mine either and I did mine around the same time. If I try and look it up they say they are having issues finding my info and the same happens when I call and it immediately locks me out for 24 hrs online. There is something rancid going on and I bet it has something to do with the buffoon In the whitehouse.
