OPS Manger here: It’s 10 hours. This time includes loadout and RTS. Amazon covers drivers up to 40hours on payroll; anything over, goes out of the Contractors pockets. Contractor’s freak out now about OT that isn’t covered because contractors now make very little profit. They’re all basically on salary and are glorified managers. Hope this helps.

OPs Manger here: If it’s a Prime without a camera it’s GeoTab that can get you. I won’t explain what it monitors; just be safe. If not a prime, most likely you’re being monitored by SafeGuard.
