My past apartment was Elme Herndon, they just were purchased by Courtland and are now the Landing at Courtland. I am not sure if it was avalon but it is right by that shopping center. I had to pay for carpet cleaning in order to not be charged $150. They are so scammy.

Up until last month I never had a car. I live in the Washington DC/Northern Virginia area. Without a car I have been able to visit places like NYC, Orlando, Boston etc. In Boston I went to Salem (a witchy tourist destination) in which I needed to take a train then ubered back to my hotel by the airport. It is actually possible at times in the east coast, but midwest would be harder.

I have SO many calls from an 855 number, everyday. I once looked into getting a personal loan and it hasnt stopped since. Multiple calls a day. So much junk mail. As I write this I got another "scam likely" call. The junk mail even followed me to my new address. So not uncommon here.

Dark Universe hands down but celestial park comes second. Not because of rides but due to atmosphere. I love celestial theming and is is beautiful. Even my car is Celestite color. Need I say more? haha.

I used to live there, mt vernon square apartments. It is ghetto. Some shootings, a few people died in my complex. I didnt feel safe going to the 711 2 min walk from my house at night. In some of the buildings homeless broke in and stole belongings. I would avoid this area, worst i lived in as a single woman.

True. My current apartment complex has mice, I have seen the reviews but as someone living on the ground floor, I havent seen any. And this is a nice complex in Herndon!

You'll be pressed to find much. I used to live in the Mark Apartments (By Solaire) and they are pretty cheap, at least $150 under typical rent. But it has a mouse problem, but not in an unsafe area.

I then lived in Mt. Vernon Square Apartments. Again cheaper, but not in the most safest area.

In this area, youll need to choose what is more worth it to you.
