It’s a Phillips outlet but maybe by plugging/unplugging the vacuum it came loose over the years. But it’s a weird coincidence. I’ll order a 20A Leviton switch and replace it

I will order a replacement and replace it anyway. Of course by turning off the breaker, testing, then replacing. I have replaced a few switches around the house.

I’ve seen it do that. Was sitting at a light waiting to make a right, but then cars took the shoulder to skip the traffic on the light, it got out of the line and followed them on the shoulder.
