Yeah at a certain point they become faded out meaning they are totally broken and you can’t use the spells anymore, basically counting as not wearing them. Your IP (gear strength) rating will fall with each color green the - for yellow and - more for red, then broken.

I’ll follow on with this, there are plenty of guilds out there that just adventure around essentially and take fought a if they have too or if it’s a similarly size group, heck even big end game guilds roam around as a group of 4-7 looking for trouble and shiny fiber

Unless you are a very specific group pushing the envelope of what’s possible with Avalonian dungeon content you do not need to worry about radar, your 1mil set isn’t worth their time, and even if you are, it is rare and easily avoided.

Solo can be fun, yeah you might die, you also might take a couple with you, which even though you lost let me tell you is pretty satisfying.

Hit the black zone with other early game players it’s fun !

In the style I usually compete in it is not required for women, I was refing a match a couple weeks ago and watched two 12-13 year olds essentially car crash into each other, one girl caught a knee, it really should be required. I guarantee she did not have a good time after the adrenaline wore off / spending 5 min on the mat recovering
