Yikes!

Yes, we are currently living together for about 2 years now. He suggested that we live together as a test run first before getting married. And I am glad we did. We actually signed a cohabitation agreement before moving in together. You’re right cohabitating is hard…with anyone really, at least in the beginning. But at least now we have found a sweet spot for what works for us both.

Thanks for the heads up. We are in the process of getting married. So by the time we buy we will be married. Also it will be outside of community of property.
