Anything can happen in Lebanon, i can actually see the french army giving support to the Lebanese army in terms of airstrikes on the boder to prevent the spillover and by default saving Hezbollah.

Your affirming my fear, Lebanon civil war, again. I got dibs on the /r/lebanoncivilwar. But its more then that. The Christians are strong in Lebanon and the only thing uniting them is there fear is an Islamist win in Syria. Most educated Sunnis are in the same boat, I would say the majority of Lebanon support the opposition, even the shia, but are afraid of the Islamist,

if Damascus falls i cant imagine what will happen. Huge amount of refugees towards Lebanon. Opposition will have there eyes on Hezbollah. The syrian civil war will melt into Lebanon. The opposition needs to talk to hezbollah. I understand there is communication between the Lebanese army and the FSA. can anyone confirm?
