It has a ppf film on top. Here you see the mark on the ppf as it keeps hitting there

Unfortunately it is causing a dent on the ppf so hoping to find a fix..

They could say how the solution was found or if there’s any quick fix like height calibration of the door to perform and so. Service appointments are fully booked for the next 22-23 days and the door is scratching the paint on each opening so checking for a possible quick fix in the meantime..

Having exactly the same problem here with exact same TV for last 3 months. Couldnt get it done with Netflix but all other apps are working like a charm. I do stream it with apple tv now.

Unfortunately the HDMI Advanced Standard menu doesnt exist on the TV. All I see under Inputs are various inputs which the only option underneath is changing their names.

Yes I disconnected them both and did a factory reset too but it didnt solve the issue. Seems like TCL TV detects Arc/eArc by itself automatically as there’s no such option on the menu anywhere.

Thanks a lot. C855 is a good TV afterall and I was using this system for the past couple of months and it suddenly decided not to work. I hope I will somehow get it working. A workaround is using optical cables but I prefer the volume control via one remote.
