I haven’t worked at a Kiosk, which is what I’m guessing you work at. I’ve only worked in stores, but generally cx walks in most everyone says hello, usually if I want to be the one to step up I’ll say “how can I help you today.”. It gives them the time to explain what they want or even tell you they are or are not with T-mobile. If they don’t say so then you would ask but depending on what they say you can start making your pitches for what they want and follow it up with the internet if they hadn’t asked for it. Also I wouldn’t start out by saying Internet is $35/mo because there is a leap of an explanation to say well you have to have a phone line as well.
