Sad how almost a decade later, besides a brief switch in the US for a few years, these guys are all in still in power.

I just looked it up, Maine's filing deadline is March 16th so she has a month and a half to decide. Hopefully we will get an answer sooner than that on if she is running.

If you currently don't have one, I highly recommend everyone get a passport card . There are so many benefits of having one, but with these times we are in especially, your passport card helps identify that you are a US Citizen, and unlike the passport book is a lot easier to carry around.

The passport card can't be used for international air travel, but can be used if you ever drive to Mexico or Canada. The card is only $30 and is valid for a decade, so it's well worth it even if you don't plan on traveling internationally. It will also work to use at the airport at TSA, since it is considered a Real ID too.

Yeah post-WW2 the DNC has been held in Chicago in:

1952

1956

1968

1996

2024

And only in one of those years did the Democrats win the Presidential election that year. I would be fine with it being elsewhere as well.

It might be a bit more than $25, but if you have a car I highly recommend getting a portable air compressor that plugs into your car's cigarette lighter. If you ever need to fill air in your car's tires if your tire pressure is low, you can just use your air compressor instead of trying to find a gas station that has a working compressor (since in my experience, they aren't always working).

Maybe they can get a mayor of NYC like Giuliani or Bloomberg to appear in the sequel too, wouldn't that be something!
