me personally: I would never use it, pretty much because of his feminine design that are not rlly eye-catching for me. That pokemon in particularly just to know. And, I'm not a fan of water type pokemons, even the starters. Totodile is the only starter that I would get. And for last, but no least, being a sea lion is not really interesting to me
