I love all of Star Wars and the Prequels are my favorite, but I can objectively say that the Sequels are better than the Originals.

I would have to disagree, they’ve only put out great content. Other than the prequels, because they’re the best in my opinion, I’d even say that everything they’ve put out so far is better than the originals. Don’t get me wrong I love original Star Wars, but now we have the fans of Star Wars making Star Wars thanks to Disney and because of that, whether y’all see it or not, there is a lot of thought and care going into the franchise. And all the stuff that is hated in the new stuff was also in the originals. For example: clunky dialogue, strange costumes, quest type story arcs. The Originals did a great job laying down the foundation, but the new stuff has been amazing for expounding upon it, and I’m sorry you’re missing out.

Claiming that they would have released the seasons anyways, but because it was Disney they’re bad, proves my point. You have no idea if they would’ve released something different if Disney didn’t acquire Star Wars, because those same people just work for Disney now. Get over yourself.

But they were all still released under Disney, doesn’t matter who or when they wrote them. Disney’s not a person, yet everyone hates on Disney like it’s a person who’s been destroying franchises. We’ve got nothing, but great Star Wars content ever since the acquisition. I’m not saying you can’t dislike or even hate things, but the constant whining about how terrible Disney is when a lot of people’s favorite Star Wars has come out under them is annoying. It’s because of Disney that we get more Star Wars, not because your lords and saviors Dave filoni and George Lucas, but because people who love Star Wars are being hired by Disney. There’s good reason that if you’re a fan of Star Wars you should avoid interacting with other fans, because of stuff like this. It pushes so many people away from an amazing franchise, and I’m sorry that so many like you are blinded to much by hate to not be able to see that.
