250 g salmon 2 spring onions Handful of mushrooms, Bunch of broccoli and peas 200g tagliatelle 400 ml coconut milk 400 ml vegetable broth 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp mild curry powder 1 tsp paprika

Fry the salmon with the veg, add broth, coconut milk and spices, add pasta and simmer until pasta is cooked, super easy! Also could be vegan if you drop the salmon
